My reading for pleasure has dropped significantly this year. I knew it would because of my career change but I didn’t think it would be this bad. My Goodreads Reading Challenge is to complete 25 books and I’m still very behind. I feel totally behind on the best hot new books.
But during the holidays I am (almost?) guaranteed to have free reading time. Most of my colleagues take vacations (so the volume of email in my inbox decreases) and the structure of my work loosens a bit. So I’m getting my 2018 Holiday Reading list ready now. Goal is 5 to 10 books… do you think I can pull it off?
